In April 2008 P+P,
in cooperation with post graduate university JurGrad School of Tax and Business
Law Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, launched the Funds Forum
Frankfurt, a platform which seeks to offer a forum for discussion among all
people involved in the area of fund formation. Its purpose is to promote
discussion and exchange of views between government officials, fund lawyers,
representatives of the Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and
associations, university professors and other experts on current developments
affecting the fund industry. It is expected to take place on a quarterly basis.
