Litigation & Arbitration

The focus of our practice is on complex, high-end disputes in the areas of M&A (pre-closing / post-closing disputes, including M&A warranty claims and purchase price adjustment disputes), corporate and general commercial law.

While negotiating deals, we assist with expertise and judgment in order to avoid disputes. When disputes occur, we clarify the facts of the case and assist our clients in devising and implementing the correct strategy, taking into account the risks of arbitration or court proceedings and possible alternatives. We represent and advise clients in all stages of international and German arbitration proceedings, as well as before courts (including tax courts).

We regularly serve as party-appointed arbitrators and as chairs of arbitral tribunals in the above fields.
