Our leading position is based on numerous client relationships to private equity fund sponsors, management teams and investors. Our clients have enabled us to develop particular insight into the terms and structures for various types of funds. Some of the more recent of approximately 170 funds on which P+P has advised in 2007 are contained in the list of private equity funds on this website. (The list may aggregate several funds under one name or acronym.) In each case, P+P has performed fund structuring, fund opinion, or fund screening services for either the fund, a sponsor, or an actual or prospective investor.
