We have broad experience in structuring transactions and provide comprehensive advice on corporate law and tax law issues. The scope of our legal advice comprises counseling on the structure, as well as the preparation and performance of due diligence reviews, the drafting and negotiation of the relevant documentation and the subsequent conclusion of a transaction.

Our expertise also extends to portfolio transactions for both commercial and residential properties, as well as transactions for special real properties.

Real Estate Private Equity
In cooperation with our private equity practice, we render legal advice to private equity investors in connection with investments in real property. Due to this close cooperation, we are well aware of the needs and intentions of private equity investors and know-how to realize these aims in the real estate market.

Project Development
We render legal advice to project developers and investors at all stages of project development. This comprises comprehensive counseling starting with the structuring of a project development, the purchase of the real property, the award of the building contracts, drafting agreements with the respective communities and neighbors, up to the subsequent utilization (sale or lease of the real property). In this respect as well, we were involved in numerous development projects during the last few years.
