Every two weeks, brand new legal and tax judgments from German courts commented on from a practical M&A point of view and other M&A news are published by „beck-fachdienst Mergers & Acquisitions” (bi-weekly e-mail newsletter). P+P Pöllath + Partners, the post-graduate program of the University of Münster and the publishing house Beck Verlag serve as editors. Articles regarding M&A and related fields complete each edition. The concept lives on the topicality and the practical orientation for a field that until now has not been covered by any regular publication in such a specialized way. The aim is not only to involve classical M&A fields but also other P+P specialist areas related to transactions, thus including real estate, funds and family office.
