P+P advises CUS Beteiligungsgesellschaft on the sale of KJ Tech Services GmbH to Intertek
The London-based Intertek Group plc has acquired KJ Tech Services GmbH, based in Griesheim/Hesse. Seller is the CUS Beteiligungsgesellschaft, also based in Griesheim.
Intertek is a publicly listed, international inspection, auditing and certification company with more than 1,000 offices in more than 100 countries and over 40,000 employees. Founded in 1989 by the brothers Dr. Klaus Christian Schödel and Dr. Ulrich Johannes Schödel, KJ Tech Services GmbH offers services in the field of testing and development for the automotive and lubricant industry. Even after the sale, both brothers will remain active as managing directors for KJ Tech Services GmbH.
