December 2014

With the appointment of Dr. Bernd Graßl (corporate and capital markets, Munich) and Ronald Buge (tax, private funds, Berlin), P+P Pöllath + Partners again names two counsels from within their own ranks as partners at the beginning of the new year. Both attorneys have been working at P+P for many years and will continue to strengthen the partners' offices in both Berlin and Munich.

"We are pleased to begin 2015 by again naming long-term colleagues from within our own ranks as partners", commented Amos Veith, member of the P+P management board, on the appointment.

Dr. Bernd Graßl will become the third partner, in addition to Dr. Wolfgang Grobecker and Dr. Eva Nase, in the practice area of corporate and capital market law - a practice area that the firm has continuously strengthened over the past few years.

Ronald Buge works as a link between fund and tax law. The Berlin fund sector has increased over the last few years. As fourth partner, Ronald Buge will continue to expand this sector with Amos Veith, Uwe Bärenz and Dr. Philip Schwarz van Berk.
