The management of Berlin-based Kfzteile24 GmbH (“Kfzteile24”) acquires the company within the scope of a buyout from Swedish financial investor EQT Partners, which had acquired a majority stake in the company at the end of 2015. The management of Kfzteile24, consisting of Bernd Humke, Markus Winter and Matthias Gossenz, was supported by an investor group around SB21, Project A Ventures and Koehler Group.

The B2B business in particular has become a key sales driver. Kfzteile24 will use the additional funds gained as part of the buyout to further strengthen and expand its market position in the future.
