Frankfurter Insolvenz- und M&A-Forum (FIMA)

Companies in crisis, distressed M&A, ESUG practice - Since 2013, P+ Training has invited annually to the Frankfurter Insolvenz- und M&A-Forum (Frankfurt insolvency and M&A forum).

FIMA is an annual conference of the restructuring industry focusing on the latest developments in distressed M&A, insolvency law and restructuring. It brings together restructuring advisors, insolvency administrators, bankers, entrepreneurs, auditors, M&A advisors, CROs and investors to keep them up to date on the latest developments. Most of the lectures are held in German.
