Berliner Steuergespräche

Since 2002, the Berliner Steuergespräche (Berlin Tax Talks), initiated by POELLATH and the Federation of German Industries (BDI), have provided a capital-city forum for anyone interested in discussing developments in tax law and tax policy and networking across sectors. Current legislative initiatives and practical tax issues are examined on a regular basis.

Funds Forum Frankfurt

Founded in 2008 by POELLATH and the ILF Institute for Law and Finance, the Funds Forum Frankfurt brings together experts from the investment funds sector. Hamburger Fondsgespräche

The Hamburger Fondsgespräche, co-founded by POELLATH, offers an open platform for the private equity and venture capital szene as well as the closed-end fund industry. M&A Lehrgang

Aimed primarily at newcomers to the transactions industry with up to four years’ experience, this annual M&A Course imparts the legal, tax and financial fundamentals of M&A and private equity transactions.
