Legal Update Management Participations

Revenue from management participations is taxable as income from capital assets and not as compensation for activities - this has been confirmed again by the Federal Fiscal Court. This decision could have given legal clarity to some factual situations, but the VI Senate has again accepted for decision two factual situations decided by the Fiscal Court of Baden-Württemberg.
