Management investments for private equity and venture capital investments
Management participations play a major role in private equity and venture capital investments. Corporate investors want to follow this practice and acquire managers. However, when structuring such investments, the lack of an exit from the investment poses a problem. It lacks the natural end and goal of the investment.
