POELLATH advises the management of MDT technologies GmbH on the sale to BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital
Funds advised by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital ("BU") have acquired a majority stake in MDT technologies GmbH ("MDT"), a leading European provider of building automation solutions. The seller is IK VIII, a fund advised by IK Partners ("IK"). The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction. The completion of the transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.
