Peter is ranked as one of the leading fund lawyers in Germany.
He advises on all contractual, tax and regulatory aspects of the structuring of alternative investment funds (private equity, debt, infrastructure, real estate) and fund investments. His clients include many well-known German and international fund managers and investors.
Peter is regular lecturer at conferences and publishes in his field of expertise, especially on fund-related tax issues.
