Michael advises on all matters relating to national and international tax law. He specializes in advising international private equity funds on tax issues in M&A transactions and fund structuring, as well as on complex cross-border restructuring. He also assists high net worth individuals, in particular German carry holders.
Thanks to his specialization in international tax law and his experience as a tax advisor/manager in the tax advisory department of a Big Four accounting firm, Michael has in-depth expertise and a broad knowledge base. This allows him to provide clients with efficient and solution-oriented advice.
