Practice
Jan advises listed and private companies on the preparation and conduct of their general meetings and shareholders’ meetings, as well as on all matters relating to the management board, executive management, supervisory board and board of directors (corporate governance). He also focuses on advising listed companies on capital markets law, including IPOs and takeovers of public companies. Jan represents clients in disputes both in and out of court and in arbitration proceedings, in particular in corporate law disputes, including the defense against actions for annulment and rescission of shareholders’ and shareholders’ resolutions, in claims for damages against directors and officers, as well as in post-M&A disputes.
