Christina advises listed and non-listed companies on all aspects of German and European stock corporation and capital market law.

The focus of her work is advising on issues relating to the rights and obligations of management boards and supervisory boards, corporate governance, group law, and market abuse law. She also regularly advises on important shareholders’ meetings of listed and non-listed companies and provides regular advice on public M&A and capital market transactions.
