Michelle Kos-Kogos, LL.M.

Michelle is part of the investment fund practice team. She specializes in fund structuring, advising fund managers on fundraising and advising on secondary transactions in connection with fund interests. A key focus of her practice is fund compliance. She also advises institutional investors on their investments in alternative assets, in particular private equity and venture capital funds, covering legal, regulatory and tax aspects.

Michelle completed a secondment with the European Investment Fund in Luxembourg, where she gained comprehensive insight into the needs of its clients.
