Jannis Lührs

Jannis works in national and international tax law. He focuses on (cross-border) tax structuring of M&A transactions, particularly in the field of private equity. Other key areas include providing tax advice to private equity funds on fund structuring and advising on restructurings. Due to his early specialization and sound training in tax law, Jannis has a broad knowledge and experience base.
