Practice
Katharina has been part of the private clients team in Frankfurt since 2025, focusing primarily on tax-efficient wealth structuring and corporate law. Prior to joining POELLATH, Katharina advised on transactions and corporate restructurings with comprehensive expertise in both corporate and tax law. This experience enables her not only to provide holistic guidance on succession planning, but also to manage complex restructurings preceding or following succession, as well as exits from family-owned businesses. Another key area of her practice is corporate governance advice for families, both at the company and shareholder level.
Katharina earned her doctorate with a dissertation on gift and inheritance tax issues, with particular reference to national and international family and succession law.
