Antonia Puglisi

Antonia is a member of the private funds practice group. She advises German and international fund managers and institutional investors on structuring of and investments in private equity funds and other alternative investment funds. Her practice focuses on contractual and regulatory aspects, including issues relating to the German Investment Code (KAGB) and the distribution of financial instruments (marketing, pre-marketing). In addition, she advises on compliance issues, particularly in the areas of money laundering prevention and regulatory reporting requirements.
