azur100 – azur Award for Career Development | Top Employer 2026

In connection with the award, POELLATH once again received the highest rating of five stars in this year’s azur100 ranking by JUVE, thereby reaffirming its position among the top employers for lawyers in Germany.
This is a strong signal of the high satisfaction among our junior lawyers as well as the quality of our training and working conditions.

The azur editorial team identifies Germany’s most attractive employers for lawyers each year. These include commercial law firms, companies, public authorities, and consulting firms that are active in commercial law or business-related areas.

In the current ranking, our firm performs particularly strongly in the categories of associate training,  trainee (Referendar) training, and salary.

They particularly value the quality and breadth of training and development opportunities, the early assumption of responsibility in client matters, and a high degree of flexibility regarding working hours and location, which enables individual career planning.
