Arcandor administrators and former board members turn in damages trial at Higher Regional Court

The Higher Regional Court of Hamm has ordered six former members of the Supervisory Board of the Karstadt parent company Arcandor, which went bankrupt in 2009, to pay a total of 53.6 million euros in damages. They are alleged to have failed to assert claims for damages against former board members in a timely manner in 2006.
