Chinese investor Weichai Holding Group acquired 25% of KION Holding Group

P+P partner Benedikt Hohaus and associate Tim Kaufhold advised the management of KION. It is supposed to be the biggest investment so far from a Chinese investor in Germany (volume: €738m.).
