POELLATH advises on the acquisition of Zahnen Technik GmbH
Zahnen Technik GmbH, based in Arzfeld in Rhineland, is a well-known provider of water treatment solutions, with numerous references from complex plant construction projects. The company’s focus is on the continuous maintenance and improvement of water quality. Zahnen Technik GmbH will be immediately strengthened in this endeavor by a new shareholder structure. HBL InvestmentPartners is acquiring a majority shareholding.
