POELLATH advises Certif-ID International GmbH on seed financing round
Certif-ID International GmbH (“Certif-ID”) has successfully closed a seed financing round. The financing round was led by NRW-Bank, as well as various business angels. The company plans to use the capital for expansion in Asia and Europe and for the development of its technology platform.
Founded in 2020 in Cologne, Germany, Certif-ID operates a blockchain-based technology platform for the placement of skilled workers. The company uses its platform to streamline and automate the recruitment process, for example through CredSure, a SaaS platform for digitizing certificates where certificates are stored in the blockchain in a tamper-proof manner. Certif-ID's TalentSure platform is an innovative solution that seamlessly connects employers and verified professionals to enable faster and more efficient recruitment.
The startup currently focuses on the healthcare, engineering and logistics sectors and employs 20 people in India and Germany.
