POELLATH advises EOS on the acquisition of Aveso Oy
Flexicode Group, a portfolio company of EOS Partners (“EOS”), has acquired 100% of the shares in Aveso Oy (“Aveso”), a leading Finnish IFS partner. All existing shareholders will reinvest a substantial share in Flexicode Group. Sami Heino will remain CEO of Aveso, and the current management team and all employees across the three Finnish locations will con-tinue in their existing roles. As a result of the transaction, one of the largest providers of IFS cloud solutions in Europe will be created, with revenues exceeding EUR 25 million and around 150 specialists across the Nordic countries and the DACH region, as well as an ex-panded service offering for customers throughout Europe.
As an official IFS reseller, Aveso provides end-to-end services related to IFS Cloud, including implementation, development, support, and maintenance. The company also has particular expertise in ERP projects in the energy and manufacturing sectors. Its service offering further includes system integration and comprehensive data management solutions.
