POELLATH advises management of APCOA Parking Group on sale to Strategic Value Partners
The global investment firm Strategic Value Partners, LLC has acquired APCOA Parking Group. Strategic Value Partners, LLC acquired all remaining shares in APCOA Parking Group from Centerbridge Partners L.P. and other minority investors.
APCOA is a pan-European parking management company headquartered at Stuttgart Airport. The company operates more than 1.8 million parking spaces, parking garages and park-and-ride facilities in over 400 cities and offers a wide range of parking management services. Its annual turnover is around EUR 900 million.
POELLATH advised the management of APCOA Parking Group on all legal aspects of the management participation in relation to the transaction with the following Munich-based team:
