POELLATH advises the management of SanderStrothmann Group as Afinum becomes majority shareholder

Together with the management team, Afinum will support the SanderStrothmann Group in continuing its growth trajectory of recent years, including the progressive expansion of the product and customer portfolio.

The company, which consists of the two group companies SanderStrothmann GmbH and Compes Cosmetic GmbH & Co. KG, is a leading full-service provider for cosmetics, beauty and healthcare products. In addition to customized cosmetic products, the range also includes biocides, disinfectants and nutritional supplements with a specialization in active cosmetics and healthy “problem solvers”. The group employs around 160 people at its site in Georgsmarienhütte, Lower Saxony, where it also operates two certified, high-tech laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment.

The investment in the SanderStrothmann Group is the eleventh platform transaction of Afinum Achte Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG.
