Infrastructure-focused investment firm Arcus Infrastructure Partners (“Arcus”) has acquired SK Pharma Logistics GmbH (“SK Pharma”), a provider of logistics solutions for the healthcare sector in Germany, through its fund Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 4. The existing management team of SK Pharma will reinvest in the company. Completion of the transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. Headquartered in Bielefeld, SK Pharma is one of Germany’s leading specialist logistics providers for the healthcare industry. With a network of eight warehouse locations across north-western Germany, the company operates approximately 85,000 square meters of temperature-controlled storage space and more than 100,000 pallet positions. Its client base includes pharmaceutical manufacturers, importers, wholesalers and other healthcare-sector businesses. In addition to providing GMP- and GDP-compliant storage and distribution infrastructure, SK Pharma offers a wide range of value-added services and enables close operational, regulatory and digital integration with its customers’ processes. The German outsourced pharmaceutical logistics market continues to benefit from favorable structural trends, driven by demographic developments, increasing outsourcing and growing regulatory requirements. SK Pharma is exceptionally well positioned in this market thanks to its specialized infrastruc-ture and extensive industry expertise.
Arcus is an independent investment firm focused on medium-sized infrastructure businesses with sustainable growth potential, particularly in the digital, transportation and logistics, indus-trial and energy sectors.
