POELLATH advises MBG Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg GmbH on the first closing of its Start-up BW Innovation Fonds

Start-up BW Innovation Fonds aims to drive innovation in the Baden-Württemberg region by investing in technology companies in the start-up phase.

The focus is on information and communication technology (ICT), digital transformation, industrial innovation and healthcare/life sciences.

MBG itself is one of the most important capital providers and a key partner for SMEs in Baden-Württemberg, having invested around EUR 215 million in approximately 750 companies. Within the structure of the new Start-up BW Innovation Fonds, it will take over the management and co-invest in the target companies itself.
