POELLATH advises SAP Fioneer on the acquisition of a majority stake in okadis Consulting GmbH

The acquisition builds on an already successful and proven partnership between SAP Fioneer and the Eschborn-based company.

Since 2003, okadis has been providing business and SAP consulting services, as well as developing products and individualized solutions for customers in the financial sector who use SAP software. The okadis team contributes accounting, regulatory reporting and analytical banking expertise in the German financial services sector and has many years of experience with SAP Fioneer products.

SAP Fioneer, originated in 2021 from SAP, is a market leader in enterprise software. The company provides software solutions and platforms for its customers in the financial services sector that cover end-to-end banking and insurance processes through cloud technology and digital solutions.
