P+P advised Construyo on seed funding round

Construyo, a tech company for digital construction project planning, has concluded a seed funding round for EUR 2 million.

Talis Capital, headquartered in London, is the new investor thus joining the former investors Florian Swoboda, founder of Liberty Ventures, and Jan Kaniess, co-founder of Payone.

Construyo is a comprehensive service provider for construction project planning that aims to bring the construction industry into the digital age. This will be done through a combination of project consulting, project management software and a network of architecture, engineering and construction providers. The goal is to increase transparency, reduce costs and boost efficiency in the renovation and construction of real estate. The startup was founded by Leonhard Jeub and Fabian Müller in Berlin in 2018.
The investment will be used to continue to develop Construyo's platform and partner network and expand it into a complete end-to-end solution.
