Münchner M&A Forum (MMA) offers a platform for specialists and managers from companies, consulting, the judiciary and administration to discuss legal and economic trends. Expert presentations and case studies show how new framework conditions have a concrete impact on M&A & PE transactions.

As an independent organizer, the Münchner M&A Forum e.V. is pleased to welcome representatives from companies, law firms, consulting firms, the judiciary and public administration. POELLATH is significantly involved in the organization of the two annual events as a supporting member and a partner as a board member.
