Practice

Jens has been advising on M&A and private equity transactions for more than 20 years, also in the infrastructure and healthcare sectors. Furthermore, he has a great deal of experience in carve-out situations. He is regularly listed and recommended in relevant rankings. Clients particularly appreciate his reliability, competence and the consistently high quality of his advice. Jens’ clients include well-known insurance companies, financial investors and strategists.

He is co-head of the M&A department and author of various publications. Since 2007 he has been a lecturer on M&A at the University of Muenster and co-founder of the “Münchner M&A Forum e.V.”.
