POELLATH further expands its private clients practice with experienced addition from Hengeler Mueller
Berlin/Frankfurt/Munich – POELLATH is strengthening its private clients practice with the addition of Dr. Wenzel Saha Kiehne, further expanding its services for entrepreneurial families, family offices and high-net-worth individuals, particularly in corporate, succession and civil law matters as well as contentious situations. Dr. Saha Kiehne joins the firm as a senior associate in Berlin and will work as part of the cross-office team led by Dr. Andreas Richter and Dr. Marcus Niermann in Berlin and Dr. Katharina Hemmen in Frankfurt.
POELLATH’s private clients practice is among the leading advisory teams for entrepreneurial families, family offices and high-net-worth individuals in Germany. With around 30 professionals, the team advises clients on all aspects of wealth and business succession, family office structuring, foundations and trusts, as well as domestic and international tax, corporate and succession law matters. A particular focus lies on providing integrated advice to entrepreneurial families and their investment structures.
With Dr. Wenzel Saha Kiehne, POELLATH gains an experienced adviser in this field. After working for a lawyer admitted to practice before the German Federal Court of Justice with a focus on corporate and capital markets law, he most recently practised at Hengeler Mueller. There, he advised entrepreneurial families and family offices in particular on complex estate administrations, corporate law and private international law matters, as well as contentious disputes.
