Practice
Katharina is co-head of the private clients department in Frankfurt. As a lawyer and tax advisor she advises her clients, among other things, on estate and succession planning, marriage and inheritance contracts, as well as questions of relocation and exit taxation. A major part of her work focuses on structures with cross-border implications. Katharina regularly speaks on private client topics at international conferences (e.g. IBA) and is Chair of the Executive Board of the LL.M. program “Inheritance Law and Company Succession” at the University of Münster. Her clients appreciate her empathetic and engaging manner, as well as her assertive negotiating skills.
