Ralf has been a private equity and M&A transaction professional for more than 15 years (in particular, he advises German and international private equity funds and banks). He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial and corporate law, transformation law, restructuring and bank M&A, including the transfer of loan and leasing portfolios. He has also been a banker since 1997 and a lecturer at the Westphalian Wilhelms University of Muenster since 2006. For many years, he has also been the leading editor of the M&A standard Holzapfel/Pöllath, “Unternehmenskauf in Recht und Praxis”. Ralf is characterized by his extensive knowledge of the M&A market and its market standards, his comprehensive economic understanding, his goal-oriented approaches and his stability.
