Tim regularly advises private equity, growth and venture capital funds, their portfolio companies, corporates and private investors on national and international M&A transactions across a wide range of industries, particularly in the technology, health & wellness and business services sectors. His work includes co- and minority investments, carve-outs, re-investments, advice on add-ons and buy-and-build structures.
