Moritz advises publicly listed and private companies on preparing and conducting their shareholder meetings, as well as on all matters relating to the management board, executive management, supervisory board and board of directors (corporate governance). He also focuses on advising listed companies on capital markets law. He also represents clients in in all kinds of corporate litigation both in and out of court. He also represents his clients in and out of court in all types of corporate disputes, such as claims for damages against directors and officers, shareholders and post-M&A disputes. Furthermore, Moritz is active in the area of corporate restructuring and advises his clients on reorganizing the corporate group structure by way of spin-offs and hive-downs of business units, national and international mergers and conversions of legal form (e.g., into a European stock corporation, SE).
