Practice
Marco has many years of experience in international and national tax law (inbound and outbound). He is extremely involved in the restructuring of groups of companies and private assets, the Foreign Tax Act, Double Tax Treaties and the taxation of digital business models, also with regard to transfer pricing. He has shared his extensive expertise for many years as a lecturer at various universities. He is a member of the board and head of the Rhine-Main-Neckar division of the Young IFA Network (YIN), an initiative to promote the network of young tax lawyers acting in cross-border tax law. Internationally, he is also part of the planning board for and speaker at IBA and ABA conferences. Marco is an empathic team player with a great openness to other cultures and new challenges.
