Sebastian advises on real estate transactions on both the buyer and seller sides, in particular in asset deals, share deals and portfolio transactions. He has particular expertise in the acquisition of properties and investment companies in the nursing sector. He also provides ongoing advice to institutional investors on the asset management of real estate, in particular on lease, planning and warranty management.
