Practice
Jan advises investors on investments in venture capital and private equity funds, especially with regard to questions of German and international tax law. His expertise includes international tax reporting requirements (in particular DAC 6). In addition to his work as a lawyer, he is a lecturer at the University of Potsdam and regularly gives the lectures on “Principles of Tax Law” and “International Tax Law”. His calm and grounded character distinguishes him as much as his structured approach.
