Sebastian advises his clients on national and international restructuring measures such as spin-offs, hive-downs of business units, mergers and conversions of legal form (e.g., into a European stock corporation, SE), also from a co-determination perspective. Furthermore, he supports listed and private companies on preparing and conducting their shareholders' meetings, as well as their corporate governance. A further focus of his work is advising listed companies on capital market and stock exchange law-related questions. In addition, he represents his clients in all kinds of corporate litigation in and out of court, such as damage claims against members of corporate bodies, shareholder disputes and post-M&A disputes.
