Margot is Of Counsel at POELLATH and works in intellectual property and IT law, national and international contract law, as well as in mergers & acquisitions. Her core competencies are advising on transactions related to intellectual property and information technology, joint ventures and international licensing, R&D and distribution agreements. She is also an expert on art law. Margot is a longtime member of various committees of the International Bar Association (IBA), as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Max Planck Foundation.
