Deutsche Wohnen SE acquires a nationwide project portfolio from Isaria Wohnbau

Deutsche Wohnen SE acquires a portfolio of 13 construction projects and all 90 employees involved from project developer Isaria Wohnbau. The construction projects in question are located in Munich and its hinterland, Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Hamburg and have a total volume of EUR 2 billion. The transfer should take place by the end of 2020.

With this project, Deutsche Wohnen wants to establish a platform for district development in the respective German metropolitan areas and to invest over EUR 3 billion in the new construction of nursing homes and residential and office properties. Isaria will retain the projects currently under construction at Diamaltpark and Hansa-/Tübinger Strasse in Munich, Schönerlinderstrasse in Berlin and the investment company One Group.
