POELLATH advises AGROMEX Invest GmbH on sale of 82 rental apartments in Berlin
Berlin-based real estate company AGROMEX Invest GmbH (“AGROMEX”) has sold a newly built apartment building with 82 rental apartments at Küstriner Strasse 60 in Berlin-Lichtenberg to a German family office.
The building has a total residential space of around 4,650 m² and comprises 1.5 to 4 room apartments that meet the German Efficiency House 55 standard. The building is complemented by an underground parking garage with 24 parking spaces for autos and 145 bicycle parking spaces, of which 70 are in the underground parking garage. 820 m² of communal open space with a children’s playground completes the residential concept. Turnkey handover is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
