POELLATH advises on Astorius Capital PE Fund VI
As with previous generations of funds advised or managed by Astorius, ACF VI follows a fund of funds strategy. The objective is to invest in private equity target funds that primarily pursue growth, buyout or restructuring as investment strategies and mainly acquire majority stakes in mid-cap companies in Europe. The target volume of ACF VI is EUR 75 million. The fund manager with respect to ACF VI is Hauck & Aufhäuser Investment Gesellschaft S.A. (Luxembourg).
