POELLATH advises Investa Real Estate GmbH on acquisition of the 14 West office property in Frankfurt
The real estate company Investa Real Estate GmbH (“Investa”) has acquired a prestigious office building at Hamburger Allee 14 in Frankfurt. Investa Capital Management GmbH, which handled the purchase, is responsible for asset management. BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH brokered the property.
The property has a total area of around 6,500 m², of which approximately 3,000 m² is currently unutilized. In addition to leasing the vacant space, Investa plans to implement targeted ESG measures to further develop the building in a sustainable manner. The investment highlights the increasing relevance of ESG criteria in the real estate industry and underscores the importance of sustainable project development in the financial metropolis. By taking these steps, Investa pursues the goal of reducing the building’s ecological footprint while securing the long-term value of the property.
