POELLATH advises owner on sale of majority stake in Cloud7 to Comitis Capital

Comitis Capital („Comitis“) has acquired a majority stake in Cloud7 GmbH („Cloud 7“). Petra Jungebluth, founder of Cloud7, retains a significant stake in the company and will continue as CEO steering Cloud7’s international growth.

Cloud7, based in Berlin and Königs-Wusterhausen (Brandenburg), was founded in 2010 by fashion designer Petra Jungebluth. Since then, the company developed into the leading brand in the premium dog accessory market in DACH. The brand is known for its vast selection of aesthetic, high-end and sustainable dog accessories, obtaining numerous brand and product design awards.

Comitis Capital is a growth investor headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. Cloud7 is Comitis’ second growth partnership in the broader pet space.
